Golden Slumbers is and will remain my favourite Beatles song, narrowly beating “Everybody’s Got Something to Hide Except Me and My Monkey”. This is pretty weird seeing as I’ve never felt much of a connection with Paul’s songs, and John remains my favourite Beatle.
